Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pie shell, baked and cooled
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 3 oz. package of strawberry Jello
Directions
- Cut strawberries in half and baked in baked and cooled pie shell.
- Cook water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat till thickened. Add strawberry Jello.
- Place pie in refrigerator until congealed, 2-3 hours.
- Serve with whipped topping.
